This Elite Dealmaker Institute Enrollment Agreement (the "Agreement") is between EC Equity ("Company") and the individual enrolling in the Founding Group program ("Participant"). By enrolling, Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. PROGRAM ADMISSION
The Elite Dealmaker Institute is a selective coaching program. Enrollment is subject to availability and the Company"s discretion. Participants must be active real estate professionals or demonstrate a clear path toward professional licensure.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Participant agrees to pay the enrollment fee in full or according to the agreed-upon payment plan. Access to program materials, coaching sessions, and the online community is contingent upon timely payment. Failure to maintain payment schedules may result in immediate suspension from the program.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All curriculum materials, prospecting scripts, systems, recordings, and methodologies provided during the 16-week program are the exclusive intellectual property of EC Equity. Participant is granted a non-transferable license for personal professional use only. Redistribution or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION
Please refer to our full Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Founders Group enrollment represents a significant commitment of resources and coaching time. As such, refunds are only issued under specific conditions detailed in the primary policy document.
