Nearly 19 years after graduating from Cal State Fullerton, I had the honor of returning to speak to students at the Center for Real Estate about my journey — from getting started in commercial real estate to building my career and becoming one of the top multifamily producers in California and across the country.

But what meant the most to me wasn’t talking about the accomplishments.

It was sharing the journey, the struggles, the lessons, and the experiences that shaped who I am today.

Seeing the students engaged, asking questions, and genuinely wanting to learn reminded me that the next generation is already here.

They need access. They need guidance. They need people willing to share real-world experience and help shorten their learning curve.

Almost 19 years ago, I was one of those students trying to figure out my own path.

Yesterday, I came back hoping that something from my story might help someone else find theirs.
