2. PROGRAM TERM AND FORMAT

The program consists of approximately sixteen (16) weeks of training.

Live group coaching sessions are generally scheduled for Wednesdays at 4:00 PM Pacific Time and are expected to include instruction, discussion, and participant Q&A.

The Institute may adjust individual session dates, times, instructors, content, or delivery format when reasonably necessary. Participants will be notified of material scheduling changes.

Sessions may be conducted through Zoom or another online platform selected by the Institute.

3. TUITION

The total tuition for the program is:
$6,000.00
Unless otherwise agreed to by the Institute in writing, tuition is due in full prior to the beginning of the program.
Enrollment is not considered complete until payment has been received and this Agreement has been accepted.

4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Because enrollment includes access to proprietary training materials, live coaching, intellectual property, and a limited-capacity group program, all tuition payments are generally non-refundable once the program begins.

A Participant who wishes to cancel before the program begins must provide written notice to the Institute.

Any refund requested before the program begins will be subject to the Institute’s written approval and may be reduced by any non-refundable administrative, processing, or payment-processing costs already incurred.

Once the Participant has attended the first live program session or received access to substantive proprietary course materials, whichever occurs first, tuition is considered earned and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Failure to attend sessions, scheduling conflicts, changes in employment, lack of participation, or failure to complete the program do not create a right to a refund.

5. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Participant understands that this program requires active participation, effort, preparation, implementation, and personal accountability.

The Institute does not guarantee any specific financial, professional, career, sales, transaction, income, or business result.

Any examples involving sales volume, earnings, commissions, transactions, business growth, investment returns, or professional success are illustrations only and are not promises or guarantees of Participant’s future performance.

Participant remains solely responsible for their own business decisions, professional conduct, licensing obligations, transactions, clients, and results.

6. PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

Nothing presented through the program creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, financial-advisor, investment-advisor, broker-client, or other regulated professional relationship between Participant and the Institute.

Participant should consult their own attorney, CPA, tax professional, broker, financial advisor, or other appropriate licensed professional regarding matters requiring professional advice.

Participants who hold professional licenses remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, brokerage policies, ethical requirements, and licensing rules.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

The program is designed to encourage open discussion among participants.

If removal results from a material violation of this Agreement, tuition will not be refunded except where required by applicable law.

11. TECHNOLOGY AND ACCESS

The Institute is not responsible for Participant-side internet outages, hardware problems, software incompatibility, missed sessions, or other technology issues outside the Institute’s reasonable control.
